It's that time of year when the weather just can't seem to make up its mind. You step outside into the hot sun, and a few minutes later it's raining, then you run back indoors where the aircon is freezing. Init-lamig. And it's also the time of year when it seems everybody is down with the sniffles. It's been years since I last had a there's-no-way-I-can-get-out-of-bed flu. I remember I was doing yoga early in the morning and thinking "wow, it's really tough to do yoga when yo
